TALLAHASSEE, Florida, Apr. 23, 1999 - Trakker-Loan Servicing Software package will now give users extra flexibility due to a recent upgrade. The upgrade includes two new features that will allow users to customize letters and automatically print past due notices. The recent upgrade comes in response to a number of suggestions given from current and prospective clients. Users can easily develop custom letters using any word processing program and print based on various criteria.
Past due notices can be printed automatically, without users having to manually determine delinquent accounts. Users are also given the option of selecting accounts for which past due notices should not be printed based on reasons they specify. "The automation of this process will tremendously increase productivity and reduce costs," said J. Terry Ryan.
