Trakker Software offers Additional Features
TALLAHASSEE, Florida, January 24, 2000 - Trakker-Loan Servicing Software package will now give users additional features due to a recent upgrade. The upgrade includes a new payment history letter and help menu item explaining escrow accounts. The recent upgrade comes in response to suggestions given from current and prospective clients.
"Not only will clients be able to print out payment history reports, but also payment history letters that can be sent to customers," said Sean Faddon, Operating Officer-Technical Development & Support of Multi-Financial Services. "This will allow our clients to improve their customer relationships," continued Sean Faddon. The new letter will include such account information as the number of payments, escrow payments, amount of interest paid, and both the beginning and ending balances on the account. The user has the option of specifying the period dates of the letter.
"Information concerning escrow accounts has been a popular request from a number of our clients," said Sean Faddon. In response to this information demand, the program now has a section within its help option that explains escrow accounts in detail and how to set up and maintain escrow accounts.
