Encompass by Ellie Mae

1. Log into Trakker™.

2. Click on Review/ Loan/ New or F7

3.  Type in the Lender number or click on List to select a Lender

4. Click on EDI link button

5. Click on Encompass.

6. This will launch the Encompass login screen.

7. Put in your Encompass Username, password and server IP number click OK

8.   Fill in the search criteria on the left

9.   Click on OK

10. Click on the loan you want to import by clicking on the box next to the loan

11. Click on the Import button.

12. Complete each screen that follows with the information that is needed

13. Click next after each screen

NOTE: Some information required by Loan Servicing Software is not available in the Loan Origination Software so you will need to manual input some information.
