Loan servicing software company enters partnership with leading mortgage software
provider to offer interim and long-term servicing software through Plug-In technology

Servicing Software is now part of Calyx's "Preferred POINT Partner Program" in
POINT® Version
3.7. Calyx begins shipping version 3.7 in October. This new link allows quicker
and easier setup of loans originated in POINT®, thus, the end user experiences
a more streamlined and unified workflow. Users benefiting from this enhanced
feature will be any POINT® client needing to service loans for either a long-term
or short-term period prior to selling loans in the secondary market.
Within POINT®, users simply choose Trakker from the interface menu, the export option automatically opens the application, and exports required data. The interface menu also indicates phone numbers and website information for contacting Trakker, along with additional product information.
